When will my order be here?
We usually dispatch Monday-Wednesday and ship with next-day services to ensure your plants are in transit as briefly as possible. If you order Sunday-Wednesday, your order will usually be with you within 48 hours.
I'm not going to be home to receive my order, what should I do?
Once you've made your order, just drop us an email to let us know the best day to catch you at home. We can't currently deliver over the weekend, so if you're out of the house during the day it we can deliver to your place of work and our couriers will usually be happy to leave packages in a secure place or with a neighbour. Please note that we can't leave plants outside your home in the cold months as they may suffer damage.
My plant arrived damaged! Can you help?
Absolutely! We pack our plants very carefully because we know all too well the disappointment of receiving a damaged plant... but sometimes accidents happen in the rough and tumble world of logistics! All our plants are covered by our quality guarantee. We will happily replace plants badly damaged as a result of mishaps while the plant is on its way to you - just send us photos of the packaging and the damage to the plants within 48 hours of receiving your order and we'll be happy to offer a replacement or a substitute to make things right.
